Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to IELTS Speaking Practice at https://speakingtest.online. By creating an account, signing in with Google, or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
IELTS Speaking Practice provides timed IELTS Speaking mock interviews with an AI examiner, automated band estimates, transcripts, and feedback. The product is a practice tool. It is not an official IELTS test, not affiliated with Cambridge, IDP, or the British Council, and scores are estimates for study — they are not a prediction of your official result.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password confidential. You may sign in with email or with Google. Email accounts must be activated using the link we send before you can use the product.
We may suspend or close an account that is abusive, unpaid, or created with false information.
Google Sign-In
If you use Google Sign-In, Google's terms also apply to that authentication. We receive your name and email so we can create your account. You can revoke access in your Google Account settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete interview history on our side; email aayush68n@gmail.com if you want the account removed.
Plans, credits, and payment
The Free plan includes a limited number of interviews. Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Interview credits are consumed when a mock starts, including attempts you abandon. Credits do not roll over unless a plan description says otherwise. Enterprise access is sold separately.
Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may be added by Stripe. You authorise us and Stripe to charge the payment method on file. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal on the Plans page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account or resell interview credits
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the service
- Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content
- Use the examiner to generate content unrelated to IELTS practice
- Misrepresent AI scores as official IELTS results
- Reverse engineer the product except as allowed by law
Your content
You retain rights in the words you speak. You grant us a licence to process audio, transcripts, and feedback as needed to run the mock, show your history, improve reliability, and secure the service. Do not include information you do not want stored.
Intellectual property
The site, branding, software, and examiner experience are owned by us or our licensors. IELTS is a registered trademark of its owners. You may not copy the product or use our marks without permission.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". Practice scores, feedback, and examiner behaviour can be wrong or unavailable. We do not warrant that using the product will improve an official IELTS result, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost scores, lost profits, exam outcomes, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD 50 if you are on the Free plan. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the minimum allowed.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent we caused the claim.
Changes and termination
We may change the product or these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we shut the product down, with a refund of prepaid unused time where the law requires it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where you have a non-waivable right to sue in your home country.
